The Timothy James Partnership was established by Tim Heaselgrave in 2012. Our office is located in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
Tim has been working within the insolvency profession for over 30 years, qualifying as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 1998. Formerly a Director at BDO Stoy Hayward, the UK’s fifth-largest accountancy firm and leading national insolvency practice, Tim moved to a firm in 2003 based in Worcester. Tim later became a Partner of a Warwickshire firm in 2006, before opening The Timothy James Partnership in his home county of Worcestershire.
Tim has a wealth of knowledge in all insolvency related technical matters and procedures, and has vast experience of working with local companies and individuals from all industy sectors and sizes.
Tim is a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association and a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
Tim is supported by a team of experienced professionals, who share his passion for providing a friendly and professional service to clients. As a Bromsgrove based company, our team are best placed to work with local businesses in Worcestershire and the Midlands.

WE SUPPORT
SUPPORTING BUSAR
We are very happy to have been able to support the local Bromsgrove Ukrainian Support and Relief Charity (BUSAR), by helping them fund the transport of 15 Tonnes worth of aid to the Ukraine. The aid includes medical supplies, things for babies and food, which are all very much needed following the start of the war.
A big shout out to Jim, Peter, Bob and Tony who drove the two lorries to Warsaw and back to deliver the supplies in time for Christmas.
